The Divan hotel Thirsk is situated on Sutton Bank, there are a lot of walks that start from us including the Cleveland Way which is a major walk in the area. The views of the Hambleton hills from the hotel are just fantastic. Leeds is not far and neither is Catterick for more racing. Richmond, where the Harry Potter movies where filmed is just down the road.
